This briefing provides superintendents, principals, local CTA chapter presidents, CTA staff, and other stakeholders with information about the Instructional Leadership Corps (ILC) project and opportunities for how they can use the resources made available through the Instructional Leadership Corps to enhance the learning opportunities for California public school students with whom they work. The ILC Project is a partnership of the California Teachers Association (CTA), the Stanford Center for Opportunity Policy in Education (SCOPE) at Stanford University, and the National Board Resource Center (NBRC) at Stanford University. The ILC is funded by CTA, the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, the California Education Policy Fund, the National Education Association, SCOPE, and the Stuart Foundation.
