For the past three years UTLA has partnered with unions and community organizations in developing an innovative, collaborative Minority Community Outreach Program through a grant funded by NEA. In this workshop, UTLA will outline our multi-prong strategy that includes education, action and dissemination of information. We will share our model, give updates and provide time for educators to develop their own action response.
