This session will introduce the research and practices of a mindfulness-based approach in the classroom that will help teachers and students manage their emotional and mental stress. The session will offer practice-based strategies such as mindful movement and meditative exercises, while sharing best practices based on evidence from current research for building and nurturing positive, interpersonal relationships.
