How to get Trained on Membership Processing

To assist with membership processing, there are two useful tools available for local leaders, CTA 360 and CTA 360Pro. The tools are integrated – an addition or update of member information in one tool is reflected in the other. These tools greatly assist local leaders in member engagement and organizing activities. The tools provide an alternative to updating member demographic information on a roster by allowing a leader to update member demographics through the mobile application or computer. Completion of training and security authorization form with local president approval is required before credentials for access are issued to users for either tool.
CTA 360 Training:
CTA 360 – a mobile app available for local leaders provides the ability to search, view and update members within one’s local, add new members, convert non-members to active members, as well as view local organization information. Leaders can also use CTA 360 to complete the member survey being used to identify the important priorities of our new members.

CTA 360Pro Training:
CTA 360Pro is the desktop/laptop access point for local leaders to access CTA’s Association Management System. The system is similar to the CTA 360 app with enhanced reporting functionality. Users can search and view local member data, update member demographics and work locations, view and update local leaders and request membership cards. Some of the additional reports local leaders will have access to are: full roster of members, building lists, mailing labels, leadership rosters, voter rosters, and etc.
