How can I get access to CTA 360Pro?

I forgot my CTA 360Pro password. How do I get it reset?
From the CTA 360Pro login screen, from the sign-in box, click on forgot password and follow the prompts.

I have trained on both CTA 360 and CTA 360Pro, but I can't remember my username and password for CTA 360Pro
We have single sign on between CTA 360 and CTA 360Pro.  You can use the same username and password information when logging into CTA 360 and CTA 360Pro.

I already have access to MyFalcon. Do I need to use MyFalcon and CTA 360Pro and CTA 360?
MyFalcon and CTA 360Pro offer users the same core functionality.  You may use either platform, based on your preference.  If you are proficient in MyFalcon, please continue to use that platform.  If you’ve had difficulty with MyFalcon in the past, the interface to CTA 360Pro has been designed to be more user friendly.  CTA 360 is only available on a mobile device and is intended to use as a mobile app when you are on the go.

 

Functions/Processing:

Who is my CTA Membership Staff contact and how can I reach them?
  On the bottom of the screen, you will see your local’s contact information and local leaders.  Your CTA Membership Staff person is also named there under “Membership Department Staff”.  Simply click on the name and you will be directed to their individual contact information.  Their direct phone number and direct email address will be available to you.

 

My Local office has moved. How can I change our contact information?

It is advised that you contact the CTA Membership Staff person assigned to your Local.  Contact information for your staff person can be found on CTA 360Pro, in the footer, look for “CTA Membership Department Staff”If you are still having difficulty, contact CTA’s Membership Department, 650-552-5278 or CTA360@cta.org

 

The leaders for my local are incorrect. How can I update that information?
  The local leadership information that is displayed is what CTA currently has on file for your Local.  We realize that positions change and you can use CTA 360Pro to help keep them updated.

 

Why are there local roles that are showing VACANT on the bottom of the screen? We definitely have people in those positions!
  The local leadership information that is displayed is what CTA currently has on file for your Local.  Any position that currently displays VACANT is an indicator that CTA does not show anyone holding that position currently.  If CTA hasn’t been notified of any updates, then the information being displayed may be inaccurate.

 

Why can't I search for an organization? How to do I get back to my Local Profile?
The security within CTA 360Pro limits users to only see the organization they have access to.  To get back to your Local profile, follow the breadcrumbs at the top of the results screen or simply click on the “HOME” link in the upper right corner.

Where can I send a mass email to my members?
  The mass email functionality is available on the CTA 360 mobile app.  To mass email from your desktop/laptop, simply capture all the email addresses you wish to email from one of the reports on CTA 360Pro and you can use your preferred email browser.

Why can't I ADD new members or CONVERT non-members?
The functionality in CTA 360Pro was designed to closely resemble the functionality allowed in MyFalcon.  One of the key functions of CTA 360Pro is the in-depth reporting that is only available from a desktop/laptop.  We are continually updating the tools and any new functionality can be found here.  The CTA 360 app gives users the ability to quickly ADD or CONVERT individuals while a user is engaged in face-to-face communication with the potential member.  For more information about the CTA 360 app or to get access, click here.If you are still having difficulty, contact CTA’s Membership Department, 650-552-5278 or CTA360@cta.org
